I'm a total amateur but I like freestyle dancing in my basement. There is a matte carpet and some yoga mats, and they are good for spinning and chaining on the carpet. They feel like they give me enough stability to keep my balance but still allow me to move easily. They are cute and comfy. Absolutely worth the money (FYI I mainly do modern dance). π and order one size bigger! I usually wear a size 6 but I ordered a size 7 so they are not too tight. Fits perfectly.
