The USB-C port did not work. The connection indicator stayed red the whole time. An HDMI connection is used. The connection indicator turned blue, but the laptop could not recognize Hongo. The screen turned on with a blue background and then immediately went to sleep mode. The black background persisted even after charging and turning off. Big disappointment.
