Great bag except inside zip pocket

Love this bag - great for work and travel; easily holds my 13" MacBook Pro, iPad etc; and looks professional. However, I've only been using it regularly for a few months and the inner zip pocket has ripped just below the zip. I've tried to get the seller's contact details to no avail I hope this is just a one off issue, I would happily replace it as it is probably the best work bag I have ever owned.
