Review on KROSER Shoulder Water Repellent Business Women Rose by Keith Martin

First purchase of this bag, the decorative piece on the front lost a screw and was found hanging from the front of the bag in the 3rd week. I would fix it myself based on how the screw felt in the bag's lining, but the only access to the screw was by ripping the lining. Up to this point I liked the bag, so I immediately returned it and got a replacement. In the first week with this new bag, I noticed that all the seams on the handles were frayed. Not sure if that was the case when I received it or if it was because I was carrying it full of stuff on my shoulder. I took the stitching and trimmed it so it was barely visible and added a reminder to my calendar to close the 30 day return window. So today, 2 days before closing time, I notice that the front panel has fallen off and ended up in the front pocket. I really like the inside of this bag and how it matches all my work stuff, but I wanted to warn others not to have to deal with the headache that falls apart twice in the first month. . The wear hasn't gotten any worse and since there are no decorative hardware on the back of the bag I'll just be patiently waiting for the other to fall off as well. Wouldn't buy again.
