Review on Warm and Cozy: Women's Winter Fleece Neck Warmer for Ultimate Thermal Retention by Veronica Ramos

It's warm here and 10F here. The inside is black, made from a heavier, silkier t-shirt-like material, while the outside is about the same thickness and printed. Got 3 compliments in the first 2 days I wore it for not looking gross! I have a medium sized head but a medium neck. It's tight to put on and take off, but that means it keeps my neck and mouth/chin/nose warm. I like to walk from building to building in this weather. It takes me about 0.25 miles to walk from our main building to my building.
