I've been using this pull switch for about a week to switch a 600w load and it seems to be working fine. Most retail pull switches are rated at 3A 120V (360W) and are not suitable for my situation. This one is double the power (720W) and seems fine with at least a resistive load. It's fairly small, which may be an advantage for some, but attaching it to a strong cable makes it a bit tricky to properly attach the cable. It was necessary to carefully use pliers to properly squeeze the wire inside the switch.
