Incomplete parts. - Kitchen & Dining

I was so happy to receive the item. I put everything together and found that there are 10 (instead of 8) bottle cages for the neck and 6 (instead of 8) for the heels. As shown in the picture. That means it can only hold 36 bottles instead of 48. I feel tired thinking about taking the item apart and returning it so just let it work and let it work, lesson learned, count the parts before reassembling. I am sad and disappointed.
