Disappointed with the blue light blocking glasses

Unfortunately they don't fit me, I'm not sure if I received a faulty pair or what as I bought them based on other people's positive reviews. These glasses are blurry, everything sticks to the lenses and is very difficult to clean. I was hoping this would cure my headache because I sit in front of a computer screen all day, every day.
