Review on Siepasa Windproof Waterproof Lightweight Umbrellas by Elizabeth Carlo

I ordered this umbrella in November 2018 in burgundy. He arrived on time. I've been using it for a year and it's a very good umbrella. First, as other reviewers have pointed out, it can be a bit tricky to close due to the force and leverage required (it's a very strong umbrella, after all), but I soon devised a simple method to make it easier to close. Instead of closing it with one hand and holding the handle with the other hand (which requires a lot of adductor muscle strength), it was much easier for me to push the top of the canopy against a stationary object, like a wall, and push Simply hold the end of the handle against the wall when the umbrella is folded. It requires a lot less leverage and force! Light. Secondly, after a year of use (now November 2019), the opening button is stuck and is no longer pressed. Since this product has a lifetime warranty, I am contacting Siepasa to inquire about a replacement. "Nancy" replied to my email within minutes and promised that a new replacement umbrella would be available very soon. Assuming I actually get a replacement as promised, I'll say GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and GREAT UMBRELLA! I don't know why the button got stuck after a year but I'm still very happy with the model and the company.
