Ordered one for a family member, then two more when the others were envious. I followed the guide - overstuffed the hampers for a day, then ironed it, then overstuffed it again. The creases are gone, take extra care to stuff the bottom I think. Anyways, they hold up great. My family fills it up as much as they can with clothes and carries it by the handles. The stitching is reinforced by the handles as it should be. No tears yet. I still carry most of the weight from the bottom, because I like my stuff to last. 5/5 for what it is supposed to be. You could prefer a different aesthetic I guess, but I like this.
