It's not what it seems
They arrived tarnished and were so tiny I wanted them for my daughter. I have 3 sons and finally a girl. So when I buy stuff for them they have to be exactly as described in the details, they didn't cost $12.99 at all. eg 4.99 I am not at all happy with this purchase, she never got to wear them because from the looks of them they were anything but hypoallergenic.
