Great potential. I love the tiny form factor and overall design of this dual output charger. 2 days worked absolutely perfectly. Then it died. I noticed an intermittent buzzing on my iPhone 8plus and thought I was getting a lot of notifications. After unlocking the phone, I found it going into and out of charging mode. I've unplugged it several times and then tried different outlets, all with the same result. The charger is now completely useless and will not charge any device. There is a slight metallic odor coming from the USB ports. I suspect something internal went wrong. I bought 2 double packs. Only 1 has died (so far). I will update my review when I travel and use the other 3. Anchors are generally very reliable, it's really amazing based on them. Update: 9-29 Anita from Anker Customer Service worked hard to resolve my issue. She sends me a replacement unit to test. Aside from the defective product, I am very happy with the level of service and quick communication.
