I purposely ordered a size L because I like to have this kind of garment to fit loosely but it fits nicely, not too loose and not too snug. I do like the way it looks on me. Not too dressy but dressy and neat enough to go to market. As far as softness, I thought that being a synthetic material it would be pretty soft. Well it isn’t the softest sweater/sweatshirt I have, only not as rough as wool. Washes and dries very nicely. I usually wear a size 6 and I would say it does run small. Had I ordered a S I would not have been able to wear it. Yes I would order it again maybe a different color. Oh yes it is nice and warm.
