I have used them with a Parker SR1 and a Merkur 34c DE razor. They pull my mustache way more than Astra or Personna Med Prep (or Feather of course). I interpret that as not being that spicy. With shavetta, it means you feel like you have to make an effort - I hope that made every wet-shaved person cringe reading this. But if you resist the temptation to squeeze, they do the job. In normal DE, which is much heavier, they worked great. (I just inserted one and edited it as an SE after verifying that the blade angle and extent matched a real DE blade.) Definitely good value for the money. I don't think they train your senses like a sharper blade. I don't know if I'll buy them again when they run out, but worth a try if you're interested.
