We've been looking for these things for a long time! Finally we have it! They are used to store shoes for our small dogs. We attach an elastic band to these clips and attach one end to the shoes, and the other to the jacket. That way she won't get frostbite on her little paws in twenty frosts. Works great! Then we won't lose the shoes when she takes them off. A bit like a kid and his mittens.
