I bought traditional fairy lights, installed them in a recessed ceiling and found that the color changer doesn't work when placed on the floor - so needs to be aimed straight at the plug in the wall in ceiling . Pooh. So I sent them back and bought these light strips. Loved that they have an app that you can use from across the room. So I go back up the stairs. Mount these lights throughout the drop ceiling (no small feat for a 5ft 3in man). You look great! I download the app and start playing with colors, everything is perfect. I'll leave and come back in about 15 minutes. A section doesn't work. LIGHT UP. I want to cry when I think about having to do this whole process all over again.
