I ordered black and color Smart Ink cartridges for my HP printer but I mixed them up when I tried to install them and they didn't work. I contacted Smart Ink to see if I could return them as they were still full of ink and I was hoping they would replace them. I went into the chat and asked and they replied that they would send replacements immediately and I didn't even have to worry about returning the cartridges that were still full. Received the replacement two days later, put them in correctly and they work great. Thank you Smart Ink for the prompt response and great customer service!
