It's too soft and not 12" as advertised. I REALLY wanted to love this mattress. Looks good, finish is nice, stitching is quality but no support. "I'm trying to get out of there. The guy who said it's like sleeping in a hole is right. You're afraid to move or get out once you're in. Forget going to the toilet, although I wake up 5 times in a while, sleep. uncomfortable at night. And not 12". After 72 hours of waiting, it's 10". 2" foam with brittle soft spirals on the bottom. I can squeeze a mattress like a sponge in one hand with arthritis. When you sit down, you lower yourself onto the bed frame off. If you don't like support, you'll love this. Side sleepers should definitely avoid this. You wake up in pain. If you sleep on your back, this can work as long as you never want to roll onto your side. It's, like sleeping on a bowl shaped bean bag and the body just doesn't fit that way.I'm so disappointed because it looks so nice on the surface.It just has to be MUCH heavier.Took only a few weeks.
