Everything I hoped for and more. work on a design project; Need round tables on both sides of the king's headboard in a confined space. I searched locally (in more than one city) and online for the right size, shape, color, cost and quality. Tiring! Had to dig through a lot of cheap junk! Above all, they looked solid and in balanced proportions. The color is rich brown with light reddish reflections; nothing like the cheap "orange" you see on some run-down furniture. Excellent value for money and quality; They don't look out of place on the sides of a $4,200 headboard. As stated in one review, the drawer is small, not the best design, but I replaced the handle with something more solid and everything is fine. Not sure if I would place them front and center in the room, but for side tables or nightstands it's perfect. I dared them and I'm happy!
