Except for the plastic headlight mounting ring (rather than metal) they are almost identical to the original parts they replaced. They came with no installation instructions, but to be honest, if you're looking for replacement builds, you don't need instructions. Installation was fairly easy for the car/van models they were designed for. (I found it easier to remove the "turn signal" housing and "headlight" housing and install them together.) The entire assembly can be removed and reinstalled without tools as it is fitted with rubber or Plastic wing nuts are held in place. To reinstall the lights into a new housing you may need to remove the long brass torx bar from the top and carefully pry it out. Then, when the light is installed, replace it with a new plastic ring. Once assembled it fits better than the OEM kit but not tight enough to be an issue. The difference in light output after replacing the old ones is striking. If you have trouble seeing at night or think your lights aren't as bright as they should be, then this is a cheap and easy fix for any DIY enthusiast. Just remember to adjust the headlights after installation. Mine is completely set. It took several full turns of both adjustment screws to refocus. The easiest way to adjust them is with a torx wrench, e.g. B.: Titan 12710 Anti-tamper Torx wrench set. The long-vis bronze Torx stem adjusts in/out, while the smaller Torx head adjusts inward up/down. Your vehicle's owner's manual should list the correct headlight adjustment distance (mine was 25 feet). The tighter fit and plastic ring made installation very easy, so I gave it one star. But make no mistake. This is great value for money. If you want the perfect match, you have to be prepared to pay a hefty sum for OEM parts. However, at this price point, this product shines.
