used instead of umbrella

I bought this hat for a trip to Ireland in October, the rainiest month. It was perfect. I did not use an umbrella, just this hat and an all weather coat. I walked tours and gardens and had a great time.

Comfortable. looks cute chin strap works very well if needed

The style is not very fashionable and looks outdated
