I'm in college and I have to carry a large, heavy load of books plus a laptop and documents (and other school supplies like staplers, pens, pencils, journals, chargers and cables). for Tech.) This bag struggled to support the weight of the books on the first day. After 3 days it came loose at the stitching on both the shoulder strap and the top carry strap. This is just an opinion but I think this bag would have been better if it had heavier reinforcements for acceptable weight and durability. I don't see how even a moderate weight can stand the test of time in actual use for a very long time. I don't like negative posts and it bothers me that I post them myself, although I feel that this is an opportunity for the company to improve their product and users are aware of the potential rejection of this purchase.
