I have been using this product for at least 10 years. I like the exfoliating nature, it contains walnut shells and I love it although it might not be great for sensitive skin. They have a version for sensitive skin that's a lot softer, but I prefer the cleansing effect. I've tried microbead cleansers and all sorts of buzzwords, but none left skin feeling as fresh and clean as this St. Ives. I also use their oatmeal shea butter body wash. Great products.
