Since I started working from home, I feel like I'm looking at screens even more than before. I look at the computer all day and look at the phone and the TV. All this screen time is taking its toll on my eyes. I often get headaches and feel like my eyes are very tired (and no amount of coffee can make me any less tired). A while ago I heard about blue light glasses that can help alleviate these symptoms, but just this week I tried them myself. This week I had the pleasure of trying out some Gaoye blue light glasses. Gaoye blue light glasses have a blue light blocker designed to counteract harmful blue light and alleviate symptoms such as headaches, eyestrain, eye fatigue and more. Since I tried these glasses, my eyes are less tired and more alert when I work at home for more than 8 hours. I haven't noticed a headache lately either. I like that these glasses are also fashionable. They come in a pack of 3 and you can choose from three different color combinations. I bought the G2 in black, leopard and translucent pink. I have one for every outfit (for working from home). I don't normally wear glasses, so I was a bit worried about how they would look on me. But I think they look really good. Another great thing is that they come in different magnification powers. You can choose between 0.0x and 4.0x. I have 0.0x because I don't need the zoom, but I definitely appreciated having the option. If you work full-time on a computer or look at a screen for more than a few hours a day, I definitely recommend getting the Gaoye blue light glasses. They protect your eyes while maintaining a fashionable look.
