I like how easy it is to make it longer and how many options there are for using the hook or popping a peg into place. It took a bit of time to install due to the plastic drywall anchors needed. It is plastic but once installed properly seems plenty strong to hold lots of tools. I accidentally installed it upside down! So beware. The pegs only click into place one way. Also the tools have a tendency to slide down when bumped, but this may be remedied when I re-install rightside up. The hooks really do best gripping tools with a thick shaft, over an inch in diameter.
