This product suits me. I tried using it alone when I was wearing makeup but it didn't remove my eye makeup and I had to wash my face again. However, it works well when I wash my face on makeup-free days. It is best used as the first step in a double cleanse on makeup days. Shake the bottle very well to mix the ingredients and form a milky texture. A pump or two is really all I need. I prefer to apply to dry skin, rub in and then add water, which works great. My biggest issue with this product is that it smells very strong. Smells nice but I prefer not to use scented products on my sensitive skin. I didn't have a problem with it, but I know some people have issues with smells, so keep that in mind if this is you! Overall, for a double clean, I would recommend this over anything else. It works best this way for me, but as I mentioned earlier, it can also work well in the morning or on no-makeup days.
