Wow. I love this robe. The sleeves are perfect. Sometimes after a shower I have to roll the sleeves on my other robes to put on lotions or do my makeup and hair but this kimono style sleeve is perfect. It gives me enough room to do what I need to do without worrying about it being in the way. The sizing is true to it's size but if you go one size bigger I don't think it'll be a big issue. Just depends if you're on the smaller or bigger side of your size. E.g. I'm a bigger medium but I'm a smaller of large so it just depends on the brand and their measurements for what is a large or medium
