Fuel cell candle for candles and coasters

This product is ideal for my needs." Outdoors "they don't blow out in windy weather" and in a glass display case they provide good lighting without dripping like wax candles . As mentioned in a previous comment it's a shame there isn't a way to refill the cell after draining the oil as so much wick remains in the cell. However, I've come up with a way to refill the cells, which I wouldn't recommend unless you're confident you can do the retrofit idea. I drilled a small hole in the top arm of the cell (the same size as the perfume funnel used to fill the decorative perfume bottles) and used the perfume funnel to fill the cell with the same fuel they sell on Revain, the should be used. "reusable cells" they sell. I then plugged the hole after filling the cell with a gasket the same diameter as the hole I had drilled. You will need to trim the wick with needle nose pliers from time to time pull up when the flame gets short. This is not a permanent solution as after a few uses the wick will get shorter until it is no longer enough to hold the oil and you fill the cell to the correct level more often. Also you can at of this cell do not replace the wick when it becomes short. The top of this cell that holds the wick is crimped so tightly that it is not worth replacing the wick and for safety reasons you cannot clamp the top that tight without to lick. But the few times you can refill this cell yourself, you save a lot, and you don't waste a single wick like you normally would with a one-time use.For d I highly recommend this product to those who plan to use these cells only once.
