The software is easy enough for anyone with minimal experience in computer use or networking knowledge but also has advanced features that are not common at this price point (such as AES 256 encryption). It's very intuitive once you get used it so no complaints there either! I like how easily we can set up different user profiles within one system instead of having multiple devices/hardware solutions; all our employees have access through mobile phones which makes them more productive when out-of office hours without needing extra equipment such us laptops etc.,.
