I have a waist 33 but I didn't want to take a belt that was too short or allow it in the future. Thanksgiving dinner. I use the very last (or first?) strap hole and they are not very tight. If I continue my usual tendency to gain weight I'm fine, but if I lose weight I'm afraid my peers will be watching an unwanted show. But it was my fault, I should have just ordered a shorter belt.
