This is my first experience with a compression massager so I didn't know what to expect. I sometimes use a standing desk at work and after a long day I'm used to my legs/feet being slightly sore or swollen. The application was great at the time as my legs felt much more relaxed afterwards and I was ready for the next day of work. The unit came fully assembled and everything is labeled with either 'left' or 'right' so it was easy to set up and get started. All you had to do was plug in the power cord, attach the handcuffs to your legs, and press the power button on the remote control. There are 4 levels of compression to choose from and although my feet are quite large I felt comfortable with the highest level of compression (4). If it gets too tight, you can easily loosen the warp threads at any time or reduce the compression level on the remote control. Automatic switch off after 15 minutes. The device as a whole is not too heavy, the material and remote control are of high quality and look very durable. I have other products from this brand and have found them all to be of excellent quality so I am not surprised but glad that they consistently offer products of this quality at reasonable prices.
