In 2016 I suffered a brain and neck injury. Since then I have suffered from constant neck pain accompanied by nerve pain. I had a hard time finding a good supportive pillow for my sleeping style, sleeping on both my back and my side. This pillow is the perfect solution. It allows me to comfortably transition from sleeping to my back to my side without more effort than a regular pillow, but the neck support is definitely noticeable. It has helped me a lot in relieving my neck pain even when multiple medical treatments have failed. I also love that the company is willing to send extra padding so customers can customize the pillow to their needs. I would definitely recommend this pillow. I put 4 stars because it would be nice if some extra extra pads were included for customers to test instead of having to contact the company and wait.
