I like that you can go into detail about your search history with them to help show what they are looking at when searching! They don't really have any filters or categories so if there isn't much of interest out their it's hard to find something relevant. You're also limited by how many results per page you see before having no more suggestions available as well which makes finding things difficult sometimes (you'd think this would be done better than just showing 10-15 items). Try going through some searches yourself first though since I'm sure most people will know where an item might fall once presented but not everyone understands all aspects of SEO very thoroughly. We were using another service until we realized our data was being used without permission from us even after paying up front, only then did they stop responding/acknowledging my emails altogether despite me still signing agreements each time requesting.
