I really liked the bag but got a bad strap. This is my first purchase from this company and when I received my bag today the extra strap that makes it a shoulder bag had one of the clips broken. It doesn't stay in the closed position, it just pops open so it doesn't stay strapped in your pocket. I am so sad and disappointed as I was looking forward to using this for my trip both ways. I'll keep it to myself because I don't have time to trade it for another before I go on a trip. Too bad you can't just change the strap. I either return the bag as is and don't use the bag for travel or I keep it and can't wear it crossbody.
