I am 5'4 200lbs trying to help with my post partum belly and ordered a 3XL and I probably could have ordered down a size.This thing is COMFORTABLE hits in just the exact right places where all my dips and rolls are. I sit down and the thing dont budge. It comes right up to underneath the bust area, and does not roll down! I did freaking squats in this thing without issues. It's got clasps on the bottom <in the V area> instead of those stupid snaps, which is awesome. The butt lifter is very light- you cannot tell you have it on like some of the outrageous ones are.I have tried so many waist cinchers and corsets and girl, I mean you name it I've probably done it. This is by far my favorite one.Anyway, I hope this review helps!
