This is the best and most comfortable wet fit shoe I have found. They fit snugly but not enough to add size. This is true to size and they will stay on your feet as the material stretches. I was at the deep end of the pool and they didn't feel like they moved on my feet like other water shoes I've worn in the past (namely the Speedo). It also has a pretty good grip so you don't slide all over the bottom of the pool like the other brand (Speedo). Overall, I give them high marks for quality and for what water exercise is supposed to do. help you work better and do not hinder your mobility.
