Perfect for an added touch of elegance and came in a pretty blue box with a ribbon on it.
It was exactly what I needed for my daughter's pageant dress.

- Looked really yellow so I couldnβt use it, but it was a pretty dress!

- The tutu may be uncomfortable for some children
