OK, definitely removable. Doesn't stick very well but will stick to most surfaces

A wall I applied it to didn't stick very well. Is this drywall, maybe not primed for paint? Maybe a cold wall? Not sure these things are that good for wall decor! The middle wall will be fine, 2 out of 3 were, one wall, NE corner, will not stick.
