Good design and size but quality needs improvement
I liked the size of this bag but some of the inner pockets are not as functional as I hoped. I had to put diapers in the laptop compartment because the stretch pockets weren't deep enough. Watching the video I noticed loose straps and a tiny piece of material sticking out near the main zip. Finally, I liked the idea of turning the bag into a backpack, but once full, the weight pushes the bag backwards, making carrying it as a backpack uncomfortable.
