Got this for my wife and below are her comments:Got this thinking it would help me get into shape after my delivery. But unfortunately it was too small and too tight that i couldn't wear for longer than half an hour. I was able to close it all up (hardly). My husband helped and it was a struggleIt does tighten everything up, but it does it to the point that it hurtsI would recommend that you size up to be able to tolerate it and see results. It does seem that it can do the job if it fit!
