I took 42mm for a narrow wrist. The battery lasts for 2 days with the bluetooth turned on, a constantly working heart rate monitor, the do not disturb mode at night, notifications. Always on does not turn on. I rarely use time calls, but sometimes it comes in handy. I charge after work and put it on at night to track my sleep. In the cold season, it is not so convenient to check notifications, etc. from under the sleeve of the jacket. Summer will be better. I didn’t understand why, but when there is no Internet, they don’t track sleep. The heart rate monitor does not always work perfectly, but tolerably. You can easily live without a smart watch and not suffer. The future is theirs, now it's "grinding". I would wait 5 years for technologies and programs to become more efficient. I'm not sure about the advisability of such an acquisition, if there is just a good watch. Well, that's cool.
