Works great. It took me 3 times to get the hang of it but it's just a user learning curve. Once I received it, it works great. I'm so tired of inefficient clippers, scissors or trimmers. It just gets the job done (once you get the hang of it) and takes care of the business. zero complaints. Since it pulls our hair it will be a while before I have to do it again which is great too. The instructions are well prepared and complete and the way you melt the wax is well thought out and very efficient. They really think about all the little details needed to make everything run smoothly and easily. Highly recommended. I thought it was a little "expensive" at first, but this set actually lasts a long time and does its job well, so it's worth it.
