No installation instructions included. It was not clear which side of the existing visor the loop came from. It was also a little difficult to extend the clip. And it wasn't clear when to use the gray or orange visor. The visor extender just fitted my existing visor and not my husband's visor. I am changing my rating from 3 to 4 stars. Some of the images in this article have the loop pointing towards the top of the existing visor. This is how I originally set it up. I had to sit very straight to get any benefit from it. Then I saw a commercial on TV with the hinge pointing down. So I took it off and flipped it. Every week I drive about 100 miles due west in the midday sun. I used the visor today and it helped a lot. I wasn't exhausted and exhausted when I arrived. It works out.
