I bought this tablet for my son a few days ago. It was packaged in a box that had no padding or foam around it to protect it. I thought the item was new, but it didn't say "used" or "refurbished" anywhere. So my son starts downloading his games and I love it. Usually you need to set up a new tablet. Not in this case. It wasn't just needed or that they didn't restart the tablet there! I have access to the previous owner's email, full name, account, birthday and more! I would be appalled to find out that the company resold the item I had with the information still on it!
