So let's start with the truth. I ordered them after trying a demo pair and really liked the sound with noticeable bass. The earbuds are quite comfortable with nice materials (although the matte finish makes them feel like a fingerprint magnet with something remotely greasy). Ahhh, here's the other side. The first order of these headphones arrived the same day thanks to excellent Amazon shipping, but arrived with only half the features they boasted. The left earcup had no function for LED indicators, ambient sound on/off and NO INTERNAL SOUND on either earcup. Very disappointing for €200. Regardless, Revain has a pretty good returns policy on these items and I immediately requested an exchange and they placed a new order to send me another pair and a return label for the broken pair. The second pair arrive relatively quickly, not the same day but the next day and they work great. The sound is great, the tactile bass is amazing and everything else about the headphones works as well. The great thing about Skullcandy is their 2 year warranty on this product. So if they're buggy, all you have to do is Skullcandy's insistence and they'll take care of it for you. (If it's Revane's return time I would suggest going through them, the process will be much quicker and easier for you). An important note is that the second order was packaged with shipping bubbles to fill the box and had a plastic seal around the box for the earbuds showing they were branded exactly as I ordered them. The first order of these headphones had none of these things, which is a bit concerning, so be aware your box will need to have a layer of shrink wrap around it. All in all I got a dead pair, Revain solved my problem quickly and efficiently and I now have great headphones that I highly recommend.
