Great for portion control
I first saw these on someone's Facebook feed and was intrigued. They filled them with yogurt drinks for their kids and thought it was a great idea. I've added everything from orange juice (to portion control), iced coffee to smoothies and more. I love this because when I'm cooking I can get in and out quickly without spending a ton on individually portioned foods. It also helps keep drinks fresh so you don't waste a ton.
