Review on ๐Ÿฑ Crock-Pot 24-Ounce Lunch Crock Food Warmer Deluxe Edition - Purple: Convenient and Stylish Lunchtime Solution by Aaron Parish

Great concept, design flaws

While I love the concept of this lunch multi cooker, there are a few things that immediately struck me. First the outer shell. It looks smooth but is very difficult to hold, especially when your hands are wet. The beveled sides of the plastic handle make it difficult for you to grip something that is difficult to remove. I would add a crest on the top edge or some texture so you can really access it. Second, the inner lid of the liner does not fit snugly and does not seal well. It just doesn't fit right, even right out of the box. I definitely don't think it won't spill during transport. Also, it's difficult to remove without touching your fingers to the inner metal liner, which gets hot during use. This is a complaint I've read in many previous reviews, so I know it's not just a one off issue. Apparently it should be resolved by now. I haven't had enough time to determine durability etc but it seems to be working as promised. The length of the cable is just right for my desk as I have the power panel on my desk and don't have to look for an outlet underneath. Otherwise it would probably be too short. Overall, I'm satisfied enough with the product to overlook a few minor inconveniences with the lid.
