$14 worth a try. If the paint does burn, I apply high-temp grill paint to it. My main complaint is that the bolts they sent with this kit were cast iron. You need to tighten the clamps with three M6 screws. Mine were completely naked when I locked this thing up. I had to go to the hardware store and buy a pack of these for $1.60. You would think that for around $0.50 they could include decent stainless steel screws. Considering I'm probably going to smack this thing on a rock like I smashed my exhaust pipe last weekend, it's worth $14 to keep my bumper from melting.
