Broken. Mic doesn’t work. Buy something else. Absolute junk. Can’t return them now.==============Update - Bengoo customer service saw my review and offered to replace them free of charge. I was surprised and very happy. New set came in and worked perfectly until my son dropped his iPad and it landed on the jack which bent 90 degrees. These are fine headphones if you’re gentle with them.===============================Update - yet again the Bengoo customer service team has made things right. Unbelievable service from that team.New headphones are great and seem to be an improvement over the set first shipped. Better components and construction.
