Very easy to adjust strap, NO TOOLS NEEDED! You don't need to remove the links to change the strap size, it's a slide closure. For the price it's great quality, I don't like big bulky watches but this one is very elegant and the perfect size. Because it's smaller it's a good weight, you can tell it's made of quality metal with a finish that won't tarnish or wear out. I like the style of the clasp, some reviews here said the watch doesn't close and falls off with normal wear, I can only assume it's because they don't wear it properly, the clasp has a double hook system to secure itself, different than what I'm used to and I'm sure those who dropped it weren't used to it either and secured it incorrectly. Once you get the hang of it (an attempt or two to snap it shut) it will be very easy, and I can easily do it on a dark morning when I'm sleepy and not fully awake.
